DirectBuy of Metro Detroit East Bookkeeper Named Company Service Professional of the Month

Amy Sadler, a Bookkeeper at DirectBuy of Metro Detroit East, has been selected as one of the company’s two Service Professionals of the Month for April 2007. Service professionals are nominated for this honor from over 140 DirectBuy locations throughout North America. In addition to the recognition they receive throughout the company, the Service Professionals of the Month are rewarded with a trip to Chicago and to DirectBuy’s annual Summit event.

Since she started with DirectBuy of Metro Detroit East in January of 1997, Sadler has been an important part of the team there. She even helped franchisees Rob and Rachelle Shippy and Kent and Darlyne Thompson when they took over the ownership of DirectBuy of San Antonio recently.

Her employers say: “Amy should be ‘Service Professional of the Lifetime!’ Amy was already working almost full-time managing Detroit East, yet with exuberance, took on San Antonio as well when we took it over in September. She has been instrumental in the training of service staff and a new Bookkeeper for the San Antonio showroom, maintaining oversight, while still managing all of the finances for the Detroit East center. The commitment and dedication she has shown is second to none.”
